You might have heard about River Bend Meats, our Lochinvar beef farm. This is where the majority of our beef comes from, unless we're bringing in something extra special.

Our lamb comes from the Lachlan Valley in NSW, and our pork and chicken come from local suppliers here in the Hunter.

Absolutely, if there's something you don't like int he meat packs, you can substitute it for something else worth the same value. Be aware, if your substitution is a more expensive cut, this will result in less weight.
