All the flavour, less of the fat. Shortcut bacon is cut from the leaner loin, giving you plenty of rich, smoky taste without the big rind of streaky bacon. We smoke in-house and without a doubt some of the better tasting bacon you will ever have. Perfect for everyday brekkies, burgers, or adding a hit of smoky goodness to pastas and salads.
